Spend the summer outdoors on the Maine waterfront working with a new group of youth athletes each week. Campers travel from all over New England to participate in baseball, softball, karate, swim, field hockey, and football as well as experience traditional camp activities such as ropes course, archery, and boating. Duties include helping coaches facilitate practices, assisting Program Specialists during camp activities, and staying in the newly renovated and air conditioned cabins with campers. This high energy position will allow you to expand leadership and communication skills while also learning from the 20+ elite coaches who train the youth athletes throughout the summer.

Staff training takes place before camp starts. In addition to staff training there are opportunities to become certified in CPR/AED, First Aid, Ropes Course, Archery, Paddling, WAFA, and WFR.
