Coach Gray has been the Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach at Thomas College since 2015. Gray is also a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Thomas College, servers on the NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Regional Advisory Committee and NEILA All-American Selection Committee. Before his time at Thomas, Gray spent the previous two seasons as Head Coach at Husson University. Gray has coached four championship high school lacrosse teams and recorded over 120 wins as a high school lacrosse coach. Gray played NCAA DIII lacrosse at Plymouth State University and transferred to the University of Maine to run NCAA DI track and field in 1999. Gray earned a B.S. in Secondary Education from UMaine, and holds a Coaching Certificate from The UMaine Center for Sport and Coaching and a Sports Performance Coach Certificate from USA Weightlifting.
Coach West has been the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Thomas since 2016 , is the Director of XCEL Maine, and the Colombian National Team Head Coach. In her ten years of collegiate coaching West built Mount Ida College and the Hendrix College NCAA women’s lacrosse programs from the ground up. She also spent a year coaching four different teams in England and developing programs in the Gloustershire area. Prior to coaching West played in the Czech Republic in the Prague Cup for three summers and played four years at Wheaton College. While at Wheaton she was a four year starter, 2 year captain, three year NEWMAC All Conference player, helped secure three NEWMAC Championship titles, and made two NCAA appearances, reaching the NCAA Elite Eight in her senior year. West has her B.S. in Philosophy and Masters in Sports Management with a focus in Coaching.

COACH IN TRAINING (CIT) Ages 14-16
For those responsible youth who are still interested in participating and taking a leadership role with their younger peers we provide a Coach-in-Training program. CIT’s stay on site at camp and assist the younger campers and our counselors.
While participating the lacrosse camp activities to enhance their skills in the game CIT’s will also be trained in leadership skills and be expected to act as role models.
CIT’s enjoy 3 meals a day and all Camp Tracy activities.
